The Story

Oh man!! My new Phantom 3 drone is AWESOME! I just couldn’t resist from buying something so freaking awesome! After my cruise to Alaska… and wishing I could take pictures from a vantage point a little too far away from me… I guess you could say I broke down and bought it because now I’m broke.

But it’s been worth it. It’s been a huge learning curve of how to fly it without doing something to damage it or lose it. I’ve had some close calls already with it that have got my heart racing when you realize what could have happened had things gone just a little bit different.

The photos below are some of my first shots just trying it out. Already though, I can tell that it’s going to be cumbersome to haul around with me. And with a flight time of 20 minutes, it better worth hauling around for such a short amount of time.
